These terms govern your use of Kovaipudur Konnect (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts and roles

Every new account starts as a buyer. Completing your first business listing makes your account a seller account. A small number of accounts are administrators, responsible for reviewing listings before they go live. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Business listings

If you list a business, you're responsible for making sure the information you provide — name, description, location, contact details, hours and offerings — is accurate and that you have the right to represent the business. Every new or edited listing is reviewed by an administrator before it's shown publicly; we may reject, request changes to, or later disable a listing that doesn't meet our standards or local laws.

3. Reviews and other content

If you leave a review or other content, you're responsible for it. Content must be honest, relevant, and not abusive, defamatory, or misleading. We may remove content that violates these terms.

4. Favourites and contacting businesses

Favourites, phone reveals, and WhatsApp links are provided to help you find and reach local businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a business listed on the Service.

5. Sample and demo listings

Some business listings on this site may be sample or demo listings used for preview purposes and do not represent real, contactable businesses. These are marked as such wherever they appear.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that listed information is accurate, current, or complete, and we're not responsible for the quality of goods or services provided by businesses listed here.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
