How Kovaipudur Konnect Works

There are three ways people use this site, depending on what they're here to do.

For buyers — browsing and contacting a business

• Browse by category from the homepage, or search by name, product or service.
• Open a business's page to see its details, hours, offerings and reviews.
• Message a business on WhatsApp directly — no account needed.
• Sign in to view a business's phone number, and to save businesses to your favourites.

For sellers — registering and listing a business

• Create an account (every new account starts as a buyer).
• Choose List Your Business (or Become a Seller from the navigation menu) and fill in your business's details, hours and offerings.
• Submit your listing for review. Completing your first listing is what turns your account into a seller account.
• Once approved, manage your listing, photos and offerings any time from your seller dashboard.

Admin approval

• Every new or edited listing is reviewed before it goes live — it won't appear in search, categories or the homepage until then.
• An admin checks the listing and either approves it (making it publicly visible) or rejects it with the business left in draft for the seller to fix and resubmit.
• An admin can also disable a listing later if it needs to come down, or restore one that was disabled by mistake.
